Year-End Donation Appeal

Dear Aikido Community,

We hope this finds you and yours well as we fast approach the New Year.

This has been a challenging year for the USAF, and for the aikido community at large. The passing of Yamada Sensei is a loss that still reverberates all around the world, almost a year later. Sensei's teachings and his kindness and generous attitude towards his students are cherished and he will be remembered forever. His spirit at this year's Summer Camp, the first in four years, was felt by all.

In continuing the path that Yamada Sensei set forth, the USAF remains dedicated to supporting the art of aikido and will do all it can to keep our community united and engaged.

Compared to previous pandemic years, things are heading in a positive direction. Many dojos have re-opened and seminars are back in abundance, which is all good news! We would like to thank everyone for continuing to teach and train in your home dojos and elsewhere. After all, training is what unites us, regardless of location.

As a not-for-profit organization, the USAF is once again making its annual year-end appeal for donations to help with its budgetary needs. If you would like to donate, the following link will bring you directly to the USAF PayPal donations page: Donate to the USAF

Please feel free to pass this information on to fellow aikidoka. As the USAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, donations are tax deductible, as provided by law.

With warm regards and much appreciation,

The USAF
